Which markets do we target?

We start with Tennis Esports as our first applications but we will tackle other markets and domains of sport training and active sports as well.

 

Who is behind VRML?

Founder of the company is Dr. Gregory Gettinger, a serial entrepreneur, dual US and Austrian citizen with a PhD in Marketing & Technology and extensive background in growing, managing and financing start-up projects and companies. Project team consists of professionals and experts in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, VR technologies, real-time full-body motion tracking, real-time data analysis and processing, software development as well as tennis professionals and sports biomechanics engineers.

Investor Relationships

VR Motion Learning GmbH & Co KG is funded by its own founders only and grants from FFG (Austrian Forschungsförderungsfunds - Research promotion agency) and AWS (Austrian Wirtschaftsservice).

Next investment round (Series A) is scheduled for 2023.

The company focuses on the development of VR Motion Learning software applications in cooperation with the Technical University of Vienna (TU Wien), major industry partners, sports and biomechanics professionals. Its first application will be a VR Tennis Trainer, but plans to add more applications in the field of sports, industry and physiotherapy.
